- How to Return an Item
Step 1: To start your return process, please contact us using the contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When contacting us please include your original date of purchase, order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Return your items to our processing center. You may use any trackable shipping method to return your items. You may use USPS, UPS, Fedex or any other carrier you wish. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Step 3: Once your return has been received by our returns department, please allow up to seven days for your cash back refund to be processed.
To make a request for a return, please login to your account and submit a return request for the item(s). Please do not send in item(s) until your request has been accepted.

- Return Policy:
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date for a cash back refund.
- Restocking Fee:
All non-defective items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Refund of payment:
You will receive a refund for your order in the same method of payment you used to pay for your order. You will receive a cash back refund.
- Expedited Shipping Charges:
Any and all shipping charges paid during your purchase are non-refundable.
- Items returned in unusable condition:
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Any returns received that do not meet these specifications will not receive a refund for the order.
